About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior, with a flair for storytelling that captures our brand’s essence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive creative strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform creative direction and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate fresh, innovative ideas for campaigns, content, and product launches.
- Create and present strategic plans and concepts to senior management, including detailed outlines and performance metrics.
- Oversee the production of creative assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a creative or strategic role, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and current fashion trends.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to think creatively while working within brand constraints.
