We understand that not everything turns out as expected. If it did, we might all be backup dancers for Beyoncé! But we're here to make things right because your satisfaction is our priority. Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date you received your items. Please note that minor imperfections and slight stains won't be considered as quality issues.

We ship directly from Hong Kong, ensuring our beloved customers receive the latest styles in a timely manner. Our return address is in Amsterdam, The. Netherlands, strategically located to serve our wide audience. Unfortunately, we're unable to cover return shipping costs at the moment. Customers are responsible for arranging their own returns (though we're working on more customer-friendly return policies!).

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Items returned in unsuitable condition may not be accepted for a refund.

*Important: At ALEGA, we value integrity and transparency. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent orders. Any intentional or malicious misconduct will be reported to local authorities.

 

1) Returning an Item:

To return an item, please follow these simple steps:

1. Send an email to: contact@alegathelabel.com


2. In the email, include your order number and specify the item(s) you would like to return.


3. Please note that only ONE return request can be submitted per order.


4. Once we receive your information, we'll be in touch within 48 business hours with return instructions. Please be aware that refunds will be issued in the form of an ALEGA e-gift card, excluding the shipping costs. Additionally, a $6 restocking fee per item will be charged.

2) Cancelling Your Order:

If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 4 hours of placing it. Please email us at contact@alegathelabel.com to request a cancellation. Please note that a 5% processing fee of the total order value will be charged for order cancellations. Once an order begins processing in our system, it may not be possible to amend or cancel it. Please take care when placing your order, as changes cannot be accepted once an order has been processed. By placing an order, you agree to adhere to these terms.

3) Return Process:

In order to start your return please open a return request through our online store.

Return processing typically takes 2-3 weeks from the date the item is shipped to arrive at our warehouse, and an additional 2-3 weeks from the date the item is received to be processed. Once your returned item(s) have been received, we'll send you an email notification. Refunds will be issued in the form of an ALEGA e-gift card, excluding €20,95 flat rate shipping costs. Additionally, a $6 restocking fee per item will be charged.

4) Exchanges:

At ALEGA, we strive to provide a hassle-free exchange experience. Eligible items for exchange must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5) Final Sale:

Please note that products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.

 

6) Faulty item?

Contact customer support within 5 days of receiving the package. Provide images of faulty items to apply for a full refund. 

 

7) Assessment of returns

Returned products are assessed upon arrival. Non-compliant items won't be accepted. Refunds take up to 21 working days. Store credit remains valid for 6 months.
